1942
1942 is a conversion of the classic arcade shoot-em-up from Capcom. (This is not to be confused with other similarly-named games such as 1942 Air Combat.)
1942 Air Combat
This is a 2D dogfighting game by Lemonquest which mixes a traditional shooter with a touch of real time strategy. You have to carry out various missions in a Second World War setting which involve defending a base, attacking barrage balloons, stopping columns of tanks etc. (Not to be confused with the Capcom game 1942 which has totally different gameplay.)

An arcade-style shoot-em-up with a monsters-from-space theme.
Allied Assault
A WW2-themed arcade shoot-em-up and sequel to Tank Assault.
Brothers In Arms: Art Of War
A Second World War shoot-em-up in the tradition and setting of the console games of the same name.
My Little Tank
My Little Tank is a modern variation on the classic tank genre, where you steer a vehicle round a large 2D playing field trying to destroy as many enemies as possible.
Platypus
Platypus is a 2D scrolling shoot-em-up which features bizarre and strangely impressive animated plasticene graphics and retro C64-style music. (If you can imagine Space Impact crossed with Wallace & Gromit you get Platypus...)

Solid Weapon's gameplay seems to have been inspired by Metal Gear Solid.

Soul Of Darkness seems to be unofficially inspired by the Castlevania series, and features a vampire-hunting hero called Kale. As well as physical weapons like swords, you can also use magic spells and transform yourself into various physical forms.
Tank Ace 1944
Tank Ace 1944 sees you controlling a World War Two tank as it makes its way across Europe, with a choice of playing an Allied tank or an Axis tank. Don't let the historical setting fool you though, this is a straightforward shoot-em-up.
Terminator Salvation
This is a shoot-em-up based on the film of the same name, which sees John Connor fighting the war against Skynet and its robot armies.
Tomb Raider: Underworld
Based on the Eidos game of the same name, this involves a mixture of combat, platform jumping and problem solving.
