Nokia to launch Ovi Store, on-phone shop for apps, games, music, videos etc.

At the MWC 2009 conference in Barcelona, Nokia has just announced their Ovi Store, an on-phone shop which will sell applications, games, music, videos, themes and other content. It's the games section that is most of interest to N-Gage users, and it makes us wonder what Nokia's long term intentions are for the N-Gage platform. Will it still make sense to have the N-Gage application separate from Ovi Store? Will they merge N-Gage into Ovi Store somehow? Could N-Gage perhaps become a dedicated online gaming client, like Xbox Live?
