To give you even more choice, All About N-Gage is now opening its own YouTube channel, which will contain Next Gen N-Gage-related video and audio podcasts. To kick things off we have Ewan and Rafe's N-Gage audio podcast 31 from the recent Go Play event.Playing games on your TV with your Next Gen N-Gage phone
So far seven phones have been announced as being compatible with the Next Gen N-Gage platform. Four of those phones, the Nokia N93, N93i, N95 and N95 8GB, have a TV Out ability, which means you can plug them into your television and use that as your main display. This can have tremendous potential for gaming, not just with N-Gage games but also emulated retro games. Click here to read more...Posted by Tzer2 at 11:00 BST, September 11th || 0 Comments
Reserve your N-Gage name now
Although the Next Gen N-Gage platform doesn't launch until some time in November, you can already register your N-Gage username right now . The platform has extensive online services including game sales and downloads, demo downloads, online multiplayer gaming, instant messaging between players etc. You can also use the username on the official N-Gage message boards. If you've already registered for N-Gage Arena on the original generation N-Gage, you don't need to do it again, the old username will work on the Next Gen platform.Posted by Tzer2 at 12:06 BST, September 10th || 0 Comments

What on earth is the Next Gen of N-Gage?
You might have heard that the next generation of N-Gage is here, but did you know that it's no longer a single device? New N-Gage logo confirmed... and animated
The official N-Gage blog has now confirmed that the new N-Gage logo seen at the GCDC is indeed genuine. They've also released an animated version of the new logo (click Save As and open it in Windows Media Player). The animation is reminiscent of the one Nintendo used when launching the Wii. This may be a clue as to Nokia's intentions with the Next Gen N-Gage: to appeal to casual gamers and expand the phone game market, just as the Wii has done with the console game market.Posted by krisse at 10:51 BST, August 24th || 2 Comments
TV out gaming on the Nokia N95 - and the future
In another far sighted editorial, Krisse looks at TV-out gaming on the Nokia N95, seeing how well a selection of top games work on the big screen and with the aid of a Bluetooth keyboard as controller.
